These comics are even better than I remembered. The thing that hooked me about Starman was that it was more than your average super hero comic. Starman isn't just about a super hero. It's primarily the story of a son trying to live up to his father's legacy. Who can't relate to that? Jack Knight's the kind of super hero most of us would be: unsure of himself, rejecting a lame costume, reluctant to commit himself to a life of risking his neck for others.
I can't wait for volume 2!
